The gym itself has a great relaxed vibe and each session with Haydn or Rowie is varied with the right mix of challenge and fun. Haydn worked with me after I broke my leg and got me stronger and fitter than before my injury. A result that I was not expecting but very happy with. In the time since I started training here the physical results have been awesome. I feel fitter, stronger and more confident in my body. The boxercise classes on Saturday morning are also really fun and a great way to get your weekend off on the right foot.
